Process-96Next, we process your documents through several state of the art OCR technologies which “reads” all the predefined index fields based on the document type. But we don’t stop there.

Myspace-96We then have our team of data entry professionals perform quality control on the documents and verify the data extracted.

Good Quality-100If the documents are not OCR recognizable (ex. low quality scan, illegible fonts, handwriting) further data processing will be done. The documents will go through first AND second passes by our team of data entry professionals.

Post Processing Options

Once the entire process is complete there are a number of delivery options available to meet your specific needs and requirements.

  • We can simply provide a CD with the documents and data.
  • We can create a secure download site for the documents and data.
  • We can push the documents and data to DocXchange for workflow and approval routing. From there it can be integrated with a virtually any line of business application (ex. ERP, Database, etc), ECM or DMS.
  • We can move everything to our cloud-based ECM for search, retrieval, and archiving. From there you can access it via the web or mobile app where you can view the data and documents at any time.
